By accessing or using Broker Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage in financial trading in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You may not create more than one account per person.

4. Trading and Transactions

All trades placed on the Platform are executed electronically. You acknowledge that:

• Market prices are subject to volatility and may change rapidly
• Executed orders may not be cancelled or reversed
• We may suspend trading during market disruptions or for maintenance
• Leverage products amplify both gains and losses

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are credited after verification. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or regulatory concerns arise.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate markets or exploit technical vulnerabilities
• Share your account with or transfer your account to another person
• Use automated trading bots without our written permission
• Access the Platform from jurisdictions where we are not licensed to operate

7. Fees and Charges

We charge spreads, overnight swap fees, and certain transaction fees as disclosed on the Platform. Fee schedules may change with reasonable prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broker Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including trading losses. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time with or without notice if you breach these Terms or for regulatory reasons. You may close your account by contacting support, subject to settlement of any open positions and outstanding obligations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction as required by local regulation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
